On-line Payment
You can pay for services using cash, check or credit card at the time of service. For your convenience, I have also arranged for you to be able to make secure online payments in advance using PayPal. You may use American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card. Most of the time Health Savings Account (HSA) cards work, but occasionally they are rejected from PayPal; if this happens please pay by cash, check or use another credit card, and contact your HSA to inquire about how to seek reimbursement (I will provide a receipt upon request).
